Linda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and yoga teacher practicing in NYC.

Linda offers holistic health counseling at ZI-ON. She guides clients in developing healthy relationships with themselves through food, breathing, and movement. She specializes in healthy cooking, nourishment through the life cycle, handling dietary restrictions, and chronic disease nutrition.

Linda's interests include culinary medicine, functional foods, and enhancing mobility. In her free time, she practices tai chi and meditation.

Previously, Linda was the Clinical Dietitian for UCLA’s Center for Obesity and Metabolic Health and pediatric Fit Clinic. Previously, she was at a local hospital in New Orleans working with cardiac and critical care patients.

Linda is a proud double Jumbo at Tufts University, having received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Biomedical Sciences and her Master of Science in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship at Tulane University.

Linda has worked with several non-profit organizations in New York and Boston developing nutrition education curricula. She especially enjoys teaching children and families the wonders of fresh fruits and vegetables. Linda has led countless healthy cooking classes with volunteer organizations such as Cooking Matters, City Harvest, Jumbo's Kitchen, Second Harvest, Edible Schoolyard, Quincy Garden Project, Active Citizens of Tufts Alumni, and Peer Health Exchange.

She loves waking up with her cats and practicing morning meditation. Her hobbies include brunching and adventuring. You can typically find her exploring farmers markets, reading Eastern philosophy, and experimenting in the kitchen.
